Training at the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, Germany (2004)
This practice-oriented TermNet training course addressed typical intercultural, practical and content related challenges in European project management in contrast to other project management. In practice oriented training modules dos and don'ts were examined. The aim of the course was to enable the students to acquire interactively problem solving strategies.
Target group were primarily employees of the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, who intend to apply for EU funded projects or are already involved in one or more and wish to improve their management skills.
Lecturer of the course was TermNet's Deputy Director Dr. Gabriele Sauberer. Further training initiatives in co-operation with the University of Applied Sciences Cologne are planned.
