Gabriele is a pioneer in the professional management of EU funded projects, in European diversity management and quality management for the language industry. She initiated the first International Diversity Summer School and a Quality Standard on Diversity Management. Many projects and trainings at European, regional, national and international level. Certified quality auditor, EN 15038 lead auditor and expert in several standardization committees, such as Terminology, Translation, Human Resources, Diversity management, Corporate Social Responsibility. Interdisciplinary research and training at the Centre for Tranlsation Studies of the University of Vienna.
Blanca NájeraDeputy Director

Blanca Nájera holds a university degree in translation and interpreting gained from the University Alfonso X, el Sabio in Madrid. Blanca is a qualified and highly skilled freelance translator, with strong experience in the profession after working as a project manager and in-house linguist with several translation agencies across both Spain and Germany. She joined the TermNet team in 2004 as project and event manager with focus on terminology strategies for the industry, quality assurance, certification and innovation. Blanca has been Deputy Director of TermNet since October 2011.

Anja's background is firmly rooted in development communication, access to information, multilingual societies and linguistic human rights. She has an M.A. in African Studies and a PhD in Sociolinguistics/Development Communication. Having studied in Leipzig (Germany), Stellenbosch (South Africa) and Vienna (Austria), she started working as a consultant in 2002. Anja joined the TermNet team when she was still a student back in 2001 and continues to support the Association. Besides TermNet she has been working with Médecins sans Frontičres, Infoterm and the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Anja's special interests and proficiencies are linguistic rights, social responsibility, terminology and language policies, grassroots activism, conflict management, humanitarian assistance, international labour practices and Southern Africa.

Aliyou holds a Bachelor and Master of Law with focus on International Relations, International Law from the Fudan University in Shanghai and is currently studying towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Danube University in Krems. He is a business consultant and has already managed several EU-funded Projects. He has also work experience as a cross cultural trainer and speaks 6 languages.
