Gabriele is a pioneer in the professional management of EU funded projects, in European diversity management and quality management for the language industry. She initiated the first International Diversity Summer School and a Quality Standard on Diversity Management. Many projects and trainings at European, regional, national and international level. Certified quality auditor, EN 15038 lead auditor and expert in several standardization committees, such as Terminology, Translation, Human Resources, Diversity management, Corporate Social Responsibility. Alexandra joined TermNet in November 2004 and is responsible for the Office Management. A trained druggist, she developed her management skills as Product Manager in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry (Neuber) and as Head of Logistics and Production Planning Department at Pierre Lang (jewellery production). Project Assistant for a non-profit organization, freelance coach and consultant.

Anja is a freelance event manager, business consultant, trainer and specialist for cross-cultural communication, standardization and terminology policies. She is a graduate (M.A.) from the University of Leipzig, Germany, where she studied Applied Linguistics, LSP, African Studies and German as a Foreign Language. Parts of her studies she conducted in South Africa. Anja holds several additional skills certificates and has extensive working experience in editing, public relations, conference/workshop organization and an interest in lobbying and collaborating with the International Organizations (UNESCO,UN DPI,WHO,ISO, etc.).
Anja joined the TermNet team in 2001.

Blanca Nájera holds a university degree in translation and interpreting gained from the University Alfonso X, el Sabio in Madrid. Blanca is a qualified and highly skilled freelance translator, with strong experience in the profession after working as a project manager and in-house linguist with several translation agencies across both Spain and Germany. Organisation of events, conferences and summer schools for translators and terminologists world wide. Many years experience in different terminology related projects. Blanca joined the TermNet team in 2006 as coordinator for TermNet Publisher, project manager and website coordinator.
Karin CzermakProjects

Karin Czermak has an academic background in Social and Cultural Anthropology, Asian Studies and Art. She holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Vienna (2002) with focus on Asian Studies. Parts of her studies she conducted in Shanghai (China) and Rovaniemi (Finland). Karin worked for UNESCO in Beijing (as the Acting Chief for Social and Human Sciences) and Jakarta (as an Intern und later on a Consultant). She worked on projects and activities in the field of gender equality, human rights, migration and the preservation of intangible cultural heritage (safeguarding of indigenous languages). Karin joined Termnet in March 2010 as a researcher.

Dina Yanni is a Political Scientist and joined TermNet in 2009. She has professional experiences in Austria and the United States where she worked i.a. as a culture programme specialist for the Austrian Commission for Unesco, as a historian for the General Settlement Fund for Victims of National Socialism, and as a consultant for different international organizations. Currently, she is writing her Ph.D. thesis in the field of Critical Migration Studies. In March 2010 Dina Yanni has been granted the prestigous Theodor Körner Award.
